Home Remedies For Burning Feet
~ Burning sensations in the feet is a very common problem and can
affect people at any age. The burning sensations can range from mild to
severe and can be acute or chronic in nature. Often, burning sensations in the feet is due to some kind of damage
or dysfunction in the nervous system. This problem is sometimes
associated with diabetes, chronic alcohol abuse, and exposure to certain
toxins. Other causes include deficiencies of B
vitamins, folic acid, thiamine or calcium; athletes’ foot; injuries,
traumas, stings and bites from insects; burning feet syndrome; chronic
kidney disease, and peripheral vascular disease.
1.Exercise:-Most instances of burning feet happen when the blood dissemination to the feet is compromised.
2. Cold water:-
cold soak is sometimes recommended for treating burning feet.
Application of cold water will help in cooling the feet and also masking
the pain and discomfort.
3. Ginger:- Ginger is a
herb that increases blood circulation in the body. Taking a piece of
ginger every day will ensure that your body has optimum blood
circulation. Ginger can also be used for massaging on the feet for quick
relief. Take a piece of ginger and extract the juice out of it.Mix with
some warm coconut, olive or vegetable oil and massage your feet and
legs with this for ten to fifteen minutes every day. Ginger helps in
heating your body and this will help in the rush of blood to all the
limbs, preventing circulation issues.
